Class Year: 2016
Hometown: Chicago
Major: Dance
Relationship Status: 1- 800- HOTLINEBLING
Describe your ideal date: My ideal date would have to be a cruise down Lake Shore Drive, back in Chicago, listening to Troye Sivan and talking about our love for music. We would then drive to this little park in Chinatown, Ping Tom Memorial Park, and gaze up at the Chicago skyline while talking about where we want to be in 10 years.
What do you look for in a significant other? Someone who can genuinely make me laugh on my off days. Also, someone who will bring me breakfast in bed. :P
Extracurricular Activities: I am involved with Dance Club and I am Co-Vice President of Eclipse.
We love that you are so involved in the Dance Community here on Campus. Your piece at this fall’s Dance Club Show was incredible! Can you share what inspires your awesome choreography?
A lot of my inspiration comes from Brian Friedman and Miles Keeney, who graduated this past semester. I have learned so much from both but especially Miles. I have grown so much as a dancer thanks to him. I’ve missed dancing with him this semester, but I wish him nothing but the best.
We heard you went to Vietnam last spring on the SATA trip. Can you tell us a little bit about the trip and your experiences?
Vietnam was such an amazing and humbling experience. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about this at all. I especially love every single person I went on this trip with. They all made this experience that much greater.
Favorite Spot on Campus: This would have to be the second floor studio in Cro. This is where I am able to express myself without judgment.
Favorite Conn Professor: Ron Flores! He is literally my father on campus– such an amazing and genuine guy.
Something you have yet to check off your Camel Bucket List? Record a video in the tunnel between Larrabee and KB. This would be amazing.
As a senior, do you have any advice for underclassmen?
Take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way. Make mistakes and learn from them. Grow as a person and never hold back. These four years really do fly by.
Favorite TV Show: American Horror Story: Hotel. My queen, Gaga is on this season! Watch!!
Guilty Pleasure: Guilty?
Life Motto: I Live to Love and Laugh a lot
How does it feel to be named this week’s Campus Cutie? I instantly cheesed up. *insert monkey covering eyes emoji*
