Meet the beautiful and talented dancer from your very own CU Express Dance Team: Stephanie Budd. Stephanie is currently a sophomore at CU and is pursuing her undergraduate degree in speech pathology. She is very proud of CU Express as they placed sixth in their poms dance routine and eighth in their jazz dance routine this year at nationals. Aside from dancing, Stephanie also harbors a deep affinity for Chipotle food and Cholula hot sauce. If Stephanie is not eating Chipotle or dancing, you can usually find her watching Friends (she owns every season). Keep an eye out for this rising star, for she is sure to do great things both on and off the CU campus

 Either lyrical or ballet

What is your funniest memory as a dancer?
There is a video of me when I was 3 in my dance recital and I was by far the worst one. I was way off,   looking around the whole time, my skirt kept falling down on stage, and I had a huge potbelly. The dance ended with us lying down on our stomachs and afterwards a lady had to come tell me to get off stage because I was the only one left.
What organizations/teams have you danced for?
My studio, my high school poms team, CU Express Dance Team. Oh, and let’s not forget songfest.
Who are your favorite dancers or dance role models?
 Michael Jackson!
What is your dream job as a dancer?
Dancing on Broadway. (Although that I can’t act or sing)
What are your future aspirations as a dancer?Â
To win a national championship with the CU Express Dance Team.
Can you reveal the secret identity of Chip?
