Art Mart Gifts, owned by Constance Brenton, has the absolute cutest gifts and souvenirs. From jewelry to art, you can find what you’re looking for here. Everything in the shop is also made by Colorado artists. Art Mart Gifts is located on Pearl Street.
Ben & Jerry’s has been an ice cream favorite for a long time. The shop located on Pearl Street is owned by Jessica Dizmang. While running to the grocery store for a pint is so efficient, there’s nothing like having a scoop straight from the source.
If you want your locks to shine like never before, then this is the place for you. Blo understands blow-outs like nobody’s business. They have a range of services from head massages to extensions. The salon is owned by Alexa Squillaro, who actually owns two Boulder businesses.
BoCo Life, home to all things Boulder, is owned by Paula Johansen-Riley. It is described as a “family-run shop.” Here you can find the cutest t-shirts, magnets, hats, and so much CU merch. BoCo Life is located on Pearl Street.
The Boulder Creative Collective is a non-profit seeking to connect communities through art. It was founded in 2013 by Addrienne Amato & Kelly Cope Russack. This museum is home to galleries, exhibits, and events. It is located on Pearl Street.
If there is a place to get a good slice, it’s Boss Lady Pizza. This local business is owned by Whitney Hart, whose first job was actually at a pizzeria. Boss Lady has one location on The Hill and another in Superior, CO. Their pizza also has the funniest titles: see for yourself.
If you’re in search of a good sandwich, then Lindsey Shaw has the place for you. This shop sits on a cute little corner on Pearl Street. They also serve Häagen Dazs ice cream, soups, an assortment of handcrafted drinks, and more.
Savvy is a clothing store on Pearl Street. It is owned by Erica Dahl, who actually designs some of the pieces in her shop. It is home to work by a variety of local designers and has something for everyone.
Taco Junky is owned by Toula Georgakopoulos and Evey Caravello. It is one of the best eats on The Hill and serves tasty food, delicious drinks, and unparalleled vibes. The owners describe it as a “playful interpretation of a postmodern eclectic taqueria cantina.”
As mentioned earlier, Alexa Squarillo is the owner of two Boulder businesses. Our beloved Whole Sol is one of them. Home to delicious eats, Whole Sol delivers flavor and wellness with minimal ingredients. Here, you can find delicious smoothies, juices, and the yummiest vegan cookie dough. You can find them both on Pearl Street and 29th Street.
Twin sisters Bonnie Dahl and Betty Gruskin opened The Fitter in 1973. It has since become a staple in smoking accessories, t-shirts, posters, and more. It is located on The Hill. Their website also leaves us with a few words of wisdom: “Take it easy and have a great jay!”
