Trend Alert: Fall 2016 Edition

Only a couple more weeks until Fall–sweater weather, festival season, and everything-pumpkin-spice-time finally begins! And along with all those wonderful things comes more: fresh new looks and trends straight from the runways and editorials, all ready for us to experiment with! Here are some of the most wearable fashion, makeup, and hair trends for Fall 2016. 

Fashion:

Ruffles, Ruffles, Ruffles  – Forever 21 and H&M have tons of ruffle-y options, from the way out there to more muted and subdued options.

Shearling Bomber Jackets – Think Nancy from Stranger Things. Pair with a lace top or a graphic tee/plaid combo like Cara. 

Off the Shoulder  – Good for those early autumn afternoons.

Makeup:

Ethereal Highlighters  – Basically Anastasia Beverly Hills‘s MOONCHILD palette. Frosty blues, pinks, and purples make the skin just glow. 

Monochrome Looks – Even one color can create a beautiful, soft look.

Bold Lips with Clean Eyes – This really captures that Snow White essence, you know?

Hair:

Playful Texture – So go ahead, embrace your natural waves or curls.

Grown Out Bangs – Easy to manage and style. ‘Nuff said.

 

Deep Side Parts – Add a little spice with some creative bobbypinning.
