October is National Eating Disorder Awareness month. To commemorate this, I have compiled a playlist of songs that promote body positivity and overall just owning it. It can be hard to remember and recognize our own worth, so I hope these tunes are a little reminder that you are amazing for being you. Your body does all these amazing things for you, and I know it can be hard to love it. We all have those days. But remember – there’s no one else like you on this entire planet, so you should rock it (while rocking out to this playlist!).
