You’re not alone…we’re all at that point where we still very much want to fulfill our New Year’s resolution to frequent the gym. However, dinners with friends, last-minute homework and date nights are starting to take precedence. But stay strong! The best way to keep your motivation up is with a new playlist. By this time January’s music seems a little drab and over-played, so why not give yourself that boost you need and create a new playlist to mix it up? Here are HC DePaul’s suggestions for songs to kick-start your workout:
