Bob Dillon ’15

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at DePauw chapter.

This week’s Campus Cutie, Bob Dillon, sat down for an interview with Her Campus to give readers a little insight into his exciting life! A little flushed, Bob arrived at the interview with his pants modestly muddy, flashed a smile and said he had just finished an IM Football game. Apparently this Cutie has athletic skills on and off the court! Dressed in Adidas sweatpants and a white long sleeve shirt, this Econ major knows how to look both attractive and comfy at the same time. Ladies, Robert Spencer Dillon is a part of the DePauw Varsity Men’s Basketball Team you don’t want to miss.

Her Campus: Bob, Mr. Campus Cutie, let’s get right to it, tell me three juicy details about yourself.

Bob Dillon: Ohh…well for one I am COMPLETELY single. Two, I have an emotional side and a meaty side, so I am the best of both worlds. And three, I am a HUGE fan of pop music.

HC: What kind of pop music?

BD: You know, mainstream mostly, like Taylor Swift.

HC: What’s the wildest thing you have ever done on campus?

BD: Last year, as a freshman, we had a 31 person dorm party. That was wild, it was a banger… then we got in trouble.

HC: So, you are a sophomore?

BD: Yes, Ryan, I am in your grade.

HC: I Just wanted to establish that for the readers, and a member of Phi Kappa Psi?

BD: Yes.

HC: So, you are a basketball player here at DePauw, how is that?

BD: It’s fun, I really like the guys and the coaches.

HC: What’s your position?

BD: Riding the pine.

HC: What?

BD: Haha, shooting guard, I am there to dunk and shoot threes.

HC: What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

BD: Bus rides with the girls.

HC: Okay, random question, but if you had a super power what would it be?

BD: Uhh, easy, teleportation for sure…or maybe invisibility. Probably both.

HC: Why teleportation and/or invisibility?

BD: I just think it would be cool. You could rush into class late, and the teacher would never know. And you could get home fast. And with invisibility it would be so fun to sneak around.

HC: If I were to give you a million dollars right now, what would you do with it?
BD: Buy a hot tub and jet ski right off the bat. Those are my two favorite things. Then I would throw a big huge fun party and invite everybody.

HC: What do you believe to be the hottest characteristic in a girl?

BD: Girls that are fun to be around. The girls that make you laugh are the best. I just want a girl that is easy to talk to.

HC: And what are your biggest turn-offs?

BD: Someone that nags at you, that is always annoying and trying to get attention all the time.

HC: What is the craziest thing that you have done to get a girls attention?

BD: I am a big flowers guy. Prom, my senior year, the girl I was going to ask had this little bulldog, so her brother and I put a shirt on him that said “PROM?” and let it loose in her classroom…in the middle of her final.

HC: That’s really funny and very creative of you.

BD: Yeaaah, she liked it a lot.

HC: What is the most confusing thing about women?

BD: I have a hard time telling if they are into me or not. You girls give weird vibes that are hard to read, and then there is the Friend Zone. The dreaded Friend Zone can just pop up on you, and that is mighty confusing.

HC: Do you get a lot of weird vibes?

BD: Yeah and I am constantly being put in the Friend Zone. It is all quite frustrating.

HC: My closing question for you is do you have a campus crush?

BD: Julie Wittwer, she is a straight heartthrob!
