Smoothies are a great (and quick) way to get your nutrients. Whether it’s a meal or a snack, there are so many ways to customize a smoothie for your own preferences. You can easily veganize smoothie recipes, like substituting Greek yogurt for coconut milk yogurt. These are some of my favorite smoothies. (P.S., I didn’t add measurements for the liquid and ice because I eyeball it, but you can easily manipulate how much liquid and ice you want to get the smoothie to your perfect consistency.) Just throw it in the blender and go.

Smoothies are a go-to for me and hopefully, they’ll be a go-to for you too. You can easily hide green foods in a smoothie and mask the flavor with your favorite fruits. They’re super quick and perfect if you’re on the go or if it’s a lazy day. Either way, smoothies are the bomb.
