The days of bleached brows that were sported by Miley Cyrus and Kendal Jenner alike, were presumably behind us. Recently, we’ve seen fuller, natural brows like Cara Delevingne’s taking over the beauty scene. However, some beauty gurus, who have seemingly run out of eyeliner trends to play with, have started styling their brows in rather unusual ways. Here are a few eyebrow trends that we are not too fond of.
1. Barbed wire brows

Even the name of this trend is unappealing. While the style is certainly intriguing to look at, it looks a more like your brows got messed up after a serious power nap than a style worth spending time on.
2. Parted brows

Apparently the hair on your head isn’t the only hair can be parted. Although this parted look creates the illusion of much fuller brow, it looks a bit odd and can be hard to achieve if your brow hairs aren’t the longest.
3. Feathered brows

Similar to the parted brows, the feathered brow trend can create a fuller look. However, the upward direction of the brow hairs looks a tad unruly.
4. Dyed brows

The bleached brows look might be out these days, but dyed brows are still trending. Makeup artists are boasting brows in a rainbow of colors. While purple brows might make you stand out, a bold lip could have the same effect.
5. Glitter brows

Sparkles apparently aren’t only for jewelry anymore as these blinged out brows are making a splash on social media. We, nonetheless, still think that the glitter should be reserved for accessories.
6. Hand brows

What started as a canvas for makeup artists to practice their artistry has become a social meda sensation. People around the world have taken to creating full makeup looks on their hands and arms, which seems like a waste of makeup (and that sh*t is pricey).
Although these eyebrow trends might be interesting to look at, we would probably never sport them out in public. We’ll leave the outlandish beauty looks to the professionals and high fashion models. While it takes a very trendy person to rock a barbed wire brow, natural brows suit everyone.
