This past weekend Drexel hosted Fall Fest, which brought together artists like 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Cashmere Cat, Wave Racer, Louis Futton and Mr. Sampson. The concert was the biggest Drexel has ever hosted, drawing a crowd of over 5,000 people. The festivities started promptly at 6 pm and went on till 11 pm.Â
To say it was a fantastic show would be an understatement, as it was far more than that. The artists did a great job at engaging the audience in their performances; Big Sean even allowed people in the front row sing to his song “Beware.” It’s always nice to see artists interact with their fans and performing at Fall Fest was a great representation of that.Â
Benjamin Melman, a senior at Drexel University, along with the Drexel Traditions team were able to pull of this massively successful show. It certainly lived up to the hype, and hopefully more amazing concerts are in Drexel’s future.
