I love almost everything about college: constantly being surrounded by interesting people, having amazing opportunities for fun and getting to learn from esteemed professors. The one thing that frustrates me though? Not being able to cook for myself as often as I’d like. Although having a meal plan is great, sometimes preparing a meal for yourself is much healthier and can often be therapeutic. I realized though that I don’t have to completely give up cooking; there are plenty of recipes that even the busiest collegiate can make. Here are a few of my favorites:
