Festival of Cultures!
Eckerd student, Katherine Thomas, was busy making all the sticky preparations for the fish for the UK section of the Festival of Cultures. The main dish for this year was fish and chips. Other dishes prepared were sticky toffee pudding, orange juice, grape juice, and potatoes. It was an eventful evening with many amazing performances including some of our very own Eckerd students performing an African dance from many different parts of Africa, and plenty of food from all over the world.
