Male Fashion Trends of 2014
Combination Patterns
Plain old t-shirts are a no-go this spring. Crazy and wild patterns are in! These patterns send your eyes on a twisty rollercoaster of enthusiasm. This season, these patterns usually include various shapes and lines combined together to form eye catching images. Along with these crazy patterns are also mixtures of various color combinations that send the eyes on color frenzy. This trend isn’t my personal favorite, but it sure is exciting and interesting to look at!
Flowers
Along with the pattern trend mentioned above, flowers have become very popular in men’s clothing. This spring the flowers are being given to the men! I happen to like this trend, not just because I love flower patterns, but because it’s something that’s new and fresh to men’s clothing. It’s a perfect pattern for spring with the flowers beginning to bloom and beautify the landscape. The patterns do not make the men’s clothing look girly in the least, so men don’t have to worry about tarnishing their manhood by wearing pretty patterns. In fact, the flower pattern makes the clothing piece seem manlier yet sophisticated at the same time. Who said flowers were girly?
Camo
The military look continues to march forward this spring with camouflage pants, hoodies, and coats. The camo look isn’t as popular lately because the weather is heating up. Hoodies and pants are being stowed away for lighter clothes to bring in the new spring warmth. But let’s not get too sad yet, camo shorts and t-shirts are on their way. Although camo is dying down this season it is still a fun pattern to sport.
