Lilly on staying healthy in college:
Lilly says she is never without a water bottle and tries her best to stay active every day. Whether that entails a long workout at the gym or a quick jog around campus, she says you’re never too busy to workout.
How did you get involved with Hint?
Long story short, Lilly got involved with Hint by taking advantage of the opportunities presented to her. She truly exemplifies girl power and sets an excellent example for other girls interested in entrepreneurship.
Lilly saw an opportunity presented to her and pursued it by going to the Doherty Center keynote speaker, Kara Goldin. Kara is the CEO of Hint and an advocate for women in entrepreneurship. Lilly wanted to get involved with Hint and emailed Kara afterward. Lilly was then set up with the position of a student ambassador for Hint, here at Elon. Hint currently has ambassadors at 10 different schools across America.
What it is like being a Hint ambassador:
Lilly says being a Hint ambassador is so fun and she has not seen any major shifts in her lifestyle. The most prominent shift, she says, has been using social media differently. Now Lilly uses her social media skills to promote Hint’s products to her followers.
What being an ambassador entails:
As a Hint ambassador, Lilly’s job is to spread the word about Hint products across Elon’s campus. Hint promotes hydration, staying active, and recycling. She does this through social media and giving out Hint water to people across Elon’s campus.
Giving away Hint drinks across campus:
Each week, Lilly gets 2 cases of Hint water for sampling purposes and 1 to keep for herself. She takes these waters to organizations and gives them out at meetings. She says, “you never know the influence you can have over people.”
