3. Stop focusing on others
Of course you can follow other people and like their photos on instagram, but don’t let their pages make you feel insecure with yourself. Use your social media platforms to hold your own photos, memories, and moments. Â If instagram is making you feel upset about yourself and think negative thoughts, delete the app for a while.
Don’t let others beauty lessen your own. Everyone is their own masterpiece in a museum of art.

4. Do what you want to do, not what you think you SHOULD do
Whenever you are facing a decision and the word, “should” comes up, turn away. You are responsible for your own health and happiness and you need to do what is best for YOU. Even if you feel like you are missing out, or that someone will be upset with you, stay true to yourself.

5. Love yourself before anyone else
We cannot expect someone to love us if we do not love ourselves. We have to know that the only person there to take care of us when we wake up randomly at 2 a.m, is us. We have to love our personality. We have to love our smiles. We have to recognize our weaknesses as well as our strengths. We have to love ourselves through our mistakes and any regrets we may have. We have to believe in ourselves. And most importantly, we have to love ourselves.
