As an international student, one of the biggest questions I get asked is if I miss home. And my answer to this question is always, “I miss the food.” It doesn’t matter if I’m talking about my mom’s chicken curry or my cook’s blueberry pancakes, I am constantly craving food from home. So much so that I consider taking the semester off to go back to India solely for the food. To celebrate this, here’s a list of easy food recipes that can cure even the worst homesickness.
