Every September, college kids, Bostonians, and hippies alike all look forward to Hempfest, or the Boston Freedom Rally, the second largest annual gathering of pro-marijuana supports in the country. On Friday, September 17th from “high noon” till around 6 pm, the Boston Common teemed with people of all ages, vendors, musicians, greasy food, and oh yes, quite a bit of smoke particularly around 4:20.
