Dallas Buyers Club-November 1 (Select Locations)
A movie not many have heard of, Dallas Buyers Club has stayed under the radar so far this year. But Mathew McConaughey’s portrayal of a southern redneck searching for a cure to his HIV is flawless. His performance is gripping and suspenseful and is sure to draw you in, even if the characters disgusting personality pushes you away. It’s a film that’ll leave a lasting impression, guaranteed.
About Time- November 1
Rachel McAdams. Time Travel. Love. Loss. This film has all the makings of a perfect romance you’ll spend days wishing you had. Seriously, these two, Rachel McAdams and Domhnall Gleeson, are a perfect on screen couple. It almost makes you want to cry—okay maybe definitely. So if you’re ready for some feels reminiscent of The Notebook, go see this movie!
The Book Thief- November 8
Also another book adaptation, The Book Thief is told from the perspective of death during the time of Nazi Germany. And it follows the life of a young Jewish girl.
