Meet ECHabitat for Humanity team member Alissa Lynch!
Her Campus at Emmanuel: What made you choose to join EC Habitat?
Alissa Lynch: It’s a great way for me to further get involved with students at Emmanuel, that  differs from my usual interactions.
HCE: What are you most looking forward to on the spring break trip?
AL: Getting to help the families that this build will benefit.
HCE: What does it mean to you to know that you are making a difference in someone’s life?
AL: It means a great deal that I will have a very small part in helping a family make a home.
HCE: What is your favorite thing to do (or what you hope to do) on the build?
AL: I’m really excited to use power tools and show my father that I am capable of being handy!
HCE: What is a mantra or quote that you live by?
AL: “Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved.” –Winnie the Pooh
