You think you’re hot shit, huh. Walking around, making jokes about people you deem lower than yourself to get a few pity laughs from others around you. Tearing people down to make you feel better about your own insecurities and weaknesses. Well, let me tell you, making others feel weak to make yourself feel strong is one of the worst qualities anyone could ever have. It doesn’t matter whether you’re male or female; being a bully has no gender. It doesn’t matter if you belittle someone to their face, behind their back, or behind a screen. The consequences are just as damaging. The words you deem funny, are words that bring pain. You inflict feelings on others that they themselves may not be able to deal with. You are not better than a single, solitary person. And quite frankly, we think you’re the lowest of the low.

So read these words, and instead of shrugging them off like they have nothing to do with you personally, take the time to reflect on your actions. Your words have no benefit to anyone, even yourself. It’s time for you to wipe that maniacal grin off your face, because you aren’t the only one who has to deal with the destructive consequences of your words. You hurt entire families, groups of friends, everyone who knows and loves them, when one of your victims feels as though they’re worthless. That is not, and will never be, okay.

Do us all a favor by growing up. One of these days, you’ll finally realize that what you’ve done has been nothing but detrimental to your reputation. Even more, you might just see those who were once your victims, have the strength to overcome obstacles that you yourself cannot. Maybe then you’ll get it. All you’re doing is making yourself look like a fool.

It’s time to be a better person.

Sincerely,

Those who are stronger.
