As every good college student knows, procrastination is a fundamental part of our day-to-day life. A paper that could take a couple of days to finish can last up to a week or more depending on how badly you’re trying to ignore your work. A great way to avoid studying at the library? Television, of course. Reality TV is the most entertaining of the genres with its ridiculous set ups and schemes. We can get lost in the episodes for days before opening our books! Here is an A-list ranking of the some of the best reality TV shows you should all check out.
The Bachelor
I was actually so pissed (and still am) that the producers yanked the Bachelor title away from Luke and gave it to Nick. I mean, he is gross. But his season is pretty entertaining, watching him have to explain himself to every single girl about why he has been on this series three times already. Also, he cries all the time. But the best part of the season is Corrine. She is life.
Are You the One?
Are You the One? is the younger, more alcohol-induced version of the Bachelor. Are these people actually each other’s “perfect matches”? Probably not. But it’s hilarious watching them go through challenges hungover and try to not blackout during matches up ceremonies, only to always screw themselves over. This is the best show on television, and a total must-see!
Vanderpump Rules
Stassi Schroeder is the original Corinne. This cast of characters is absolutely ridiculous, and I still don’t understand how they all still have jobs. Watching their antics makes me feel so much better about myself and my life choices, which is exactly why you need to watch. Jax is the dumb best friend I wish I had. I also love seeing Lisa Vanderpump yelling at all of them for never doing their jobs; she is the ultimate Queen Bee.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
I love the Real Housewives franchise in general, but Beverly Hills is by far the best one. Lisa Vanderpump is a British Queen, Erika Girardi is also Erika Jayne – a pop diva, Kyle Richards has the hottest husband I’ve ever seen, and Lisa Rhinna can’t ever keep her mouth shut (Munchhausen-gate). I’m obsessed with these women, and I know you would be too if you started watching! Orange County, New York and New Jersey are all close seconds, but nothing tops Beverly Hills.
Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen
Is it obvious that I watch a lot of Bravo? Andy Cohen is my ultimate Bae. He brings on D-list celebrities from his shows and A-list celebrities from real life to discuss Bravo TV and reveal secrets about themselves. Oh, and drinking is involved. What’s not to love?
