1/2 cup rolled oats (I use Country Choice Organic)

1 red apple

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp apple pie spice, or slightly more*

1/8 tsp molasses (I use Blackstrap)

Autumn Harvest Honeycrisp Apple & Feta Salad

3 tbsp Maple syrup

2 tsp Honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Apple butter

3 oz Prosciutto 

1 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves

2 tsp Sage, fresh

2 Honeycrisp apples

1 Avocado

6 cups Arugula or shredded kale

1 Arils from 1 pomegranate

1/3 cup Olive oil, extra virgin

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup Pecans, raw

1/2 cup Feta cheese

Garlic-Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs

8 (5 ounce) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on

1/4 tsp Basil, dried

4 cloves Garlic

1/2 tsp Oregano, dried

1/4 tsp Thyme, dried

 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted

1 tbsp Honey

1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed        

1 Salt and ground black pepper

Pumpkin Cheesecake

 1 tbsp Vanilla bean  paste

2 cups Graham cracker crumbs, regular or gluten free

1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

4 Eggs, large

1/4 tsp Allspice        

1 1/3 cup Brown sugar, light packed        

2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

2 tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 cup Granulated sugar

1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground  

2 tbsp Powdered sugar                       

1 Pinch Salt

1/4 tsp Salt        

1/2 cup Butter, unsalted

2 cups Heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup Sour cream, full fat

(4) 8oz bricks full fat Philadelphia cream cheese, room temp
