Glossier Just Dropped a New Product… And It’s Worth the Hype

The Her Campus National Editors write about products we love and think you’ll love too. Her Campus has affiliate partnerships, so we get a share of the revenue from your purchase. All products are in stock and all prices are accurate as of publication.

Glossier, a beloved cosmetics brand, just dropped a new lip product right in time for summer. Their new lip cream, “G Suit” retails for $22 and is available in nine beautiful shades. With a demi-matte finish, individuals can build up to a full coverage look or keep it simple, but pigmented with just one swipe. The soft, buttery formula glides over lips with an easy-to-use applicator and remains comfortable and flexible throughout wear. Glossier is also a cruelty-free and vegan brand, which is relevant and important in this day and age. With a velvety, pillowy lip product, your lips will feel smooth all day long. “G Suit” additionally consists of shea butter and black raspberry seed oil, which boosts the overall moisture and conditioning effect in one’s lips.

This is how to apply the G Suit: The doe foot applicator’s pointed edge can be used to line the edges of your lips, while the flat side can be used to fill them in. Personally, I like to achieve almost a blurred lip look by applying the product to the center of my lips and blending it out towards the lip line. Although it doesn’t last all day, it does have staying power and I don’t feel the need to constantly reapply, making it a great balance for me while I’m on the go. Lip products that promise to last longer can be drying, but trust me when I say that this one feels comfortable and conditioning.

If you’re looking to purchase this product, “G Suit” is available on Glossier’s website or Sephora’s website. Have fun beautifying!
