The Food Crazes You Should Try

The are a number of food crazes everyone seems to be talking about this year, so HCX have picked out the top two healthiest and naughtiest of them all:

  1.  Spirallized Vegetables: 

Of course, you must have heard of the craze currently surrounding spirallized vegetables. HCX has recently an written article featuring courgetti – the spirallized vegetable equivalent of pasta. 

Spirallizers can be purchased online in varying ranges of quality and price – for example this model is ÂŁ21 online.

Alternatively, supermarkets have recently started selling ranges of spirallized vegetables and other healthy alternatives to familiar and much loved food.

Alongside the carrot and butternut spaghetti on offer, there is also vegetable cous cous and other products which are cheap and will not only be a welcome change to your meal plans but will also help stack up the number of fruit and veg you eat per day!

  1. Cup Cakes (literally cakes in cups!)

However, we know that sometimes the healthy stuff just really won’t cut it.

And so, the second craze that could not be recommended enough is the one surrounding microwave desserts.

From coffee and walnut cake to peanut butter brownies you will never have to wait for that quick fix again. Simply mix the ingredients for whatever treat you desire, place in the microwave for a matter of seconds or minutes and ta-da! Your heaven awaits.
