HCX would like to officially introduce you to this week’s campus cutie- Jack Bing, a rugby playing, fire-breathing, fresher from Kent.

color:#333333″>What clubs are you part of?
I am on the Freshers 1st and 2nd Team Rugby Union (EURFC), a representative for Verditer and apparently I am part of GeogSoc, but not really sure what happens there…
color:#333333″>Where is your favourite place in Exeter?
I am happiest when playing rugby with the guys. This has been a great first season for us getting promoted. Aside from that I love The Old Firehouse on a Sunday evening when you can grab some mates, a pizza, some local cider then just chill to the live music and enjoy the atmosphere in there. Alternatively I am also a big fan of Nandos, and I am pretty partial to the odd loose night in the Lemmy, living so close doesn’t help!
color:#333333″>How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Pensive, confident and driven
color:#333333″>Describe your perfect date and/or girl:
My perfect girl would be intelligent, confident in themselves, with a great sense of humour. I like classy girls too- luckily there are lots of those in Exeter, by the day at least…
font-family:”Times New Roman”,”serif”;color:#333333″>Perfect date is a tricky one, but I’m pretty old fashioned. I’d take a girl to Signor Franco’s, a brilliant Italian restaurant in my hometown of Tunbridge Wells, and treat them to a three course gourmet dinner accompanied with a bottle or two of ‘Il Paradiso Di Frassina Rosso Di Motalcino’, my favorite red wine. It’s all about making sure the girl is happy and gets what she wants.
color:#333333″>What is your most unique/ party trick?
Aside from fire-breathing I don’t have a party trick as such. I am pretty good at cooking…if that counts?
color:#333333″>If someone wanted to impress you what would they have to do?
Just be themselves, and able to have a really good conversation about anything. In my opinion, that is the mark of an interesting person.
color:#333333″>If you were a superhero which one would it be?
Batman…. who else?! But more Nolan’s Dark Knight then the 1960s lycra loving version…
color:#333333″>If you were on a desert island what 3 items would you take with you and why?
My Macbook, covers my iTunes library (love my music), SkySports and Netflix. Three birds in one stone there! Apart from that I’d take a rugby ball, and my little brother Sam. He’s my best mate and we always have a laugh no matter where we are…even stranded.
color:#333333″>Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?
Hopefully I would have done a few good years in the city earning some money, living in a small flat and saving the dollar to go traveling. I think that late 20s is a great age to go traveling and I really want to get out there and see the world on my own back or with someone, especially New Zealand and South America. That’s the plan but it all could change.
