Whip up this delicious breakfast or brunch (or dinner!) within minutes – they are sure to impress your housemates and family. Just don’t leave your stack unattended, or you might find an empty plate… We warned you!
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (spotty)
Âľ (180ml) cup milk
1 cup (125g) flour (wholemeal or buckwheat for extra health benefits!)
½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium-heat.
- Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.
- Add the cinnamon and milk to the banana. Mix well.
- Slowly stir in the flour until fully incorporated. Add more milk if necessary.
- Pour approx. 3 tbsp. of the mixture in the pan. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface.
- Serve with honey, fresh fruit, or yoghurt. Or all three!
And enjoy…breakfast will never be the same again!
