It’s the Last Week of Classes!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at F and M chapter.

This was our last week of classes here at Franklin & Marshall for this semester.

Unfortunately, everyone pretty much spent the week studying for finals. Monday and Tuesday were reading days, then finals started Wednesday morning. Thankfully, there were a lot of opportunities for study breaks. Whether it was the DPS Mixer with Public Safety on Sunday, with a taco bar and a chance to talk to our officers, or the Mindfulness Meditation session in the library on Tuesday, with mandala painting, meditation exercises, and stress busters, there were many opportunities for students to unwind during the week. Many of the Houses were also gracious enough to provide lunch and/or dinner for their students from great places like Gyro Express, Campus Grille, Pita Pit, Pasquale’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many more!

Other food was available all over the place – from free pizza to mac ‘n cheese bites or stress relief bags from College Row. Overall, even with overwhelming finals, it’s now over and time to enjoy winter break!

I attend Franklin & Marshall College and am the campus correspondent of the Her Campus chapter here. I also play flute with the Pep Band and Symphonic Wind Ensemble. I am an editor for the Patsy Post, am involved with F&M Unleashed, a member of Mu Upsilon Sigma, and a Brother of Phi Sigma Pi, a co-ed honors fraternity.
