KathleenLights is incredibly talented, has collaborated with Colourpop and Ofra Cosmetics, and also vlogs about incredibly affordable but high quality brands. For collegiettes on a budget KathleenLights is definitely a YouTuber to check out.

Shaaanxo Shaaanxo is a beauty guru from New Zealand and while we are most likely not familiar with a lot of the products that she mentions in her videos, she is incredibly talented and is able to inform Americans about inexpensive but well made makeup products overseas.

Sam and Nic Chapman are the creators of the iconic Real Techniques brushes, but their beauty smarts do not end there. They also post shockingly easy and beautiful makeup looks on their YouTube channel.
