This is not a drill: Don’t Worry Darling is premiering on HBO Max starting November 7th – WHAT? After only being in theaters for a little over a month and a half, you can now see Harry Styles as a sexy 1950s husband in the comfort of your own home without having to worry about being shushed when Harry comes on screen (guilty!)
Regardless of the fact that I have already been to the movie theater twice to see it, I will no doubt be canceling my plans to watch Don’t Worry Darling again on November 7th. Although I wish I could watch the movie again for the first time since it is a psychological thriller, the whole 1950s Palm Springs ambiance and pastel color palette makes the movie an entertaining break from reality. Plus, Miss Flo (Florence Pugh) and Chris Pine absolutely slayed their roles in the film.
If you’ll be watching Don’t Worry Darling for the first time, prepare for your jaw to drop to the floor by the end of the movie. And for those shamelessly watching it for yet another time, look out for hints throughout the movie you didn’t pick up on the first time watching it. That being said, clear your agenda for the night of November 7th and have a fun movie night with the girls!
