Green Machine
β 1 handful of spinach
β 1/4 cup avocado
β 1/4 cup pineapple
β 1/4 cup mango
β milk of your choice (I prefer oat milk!)
Berry Greek Goddess
β 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
β 1 tbsp honey
β 1/2 cup kale
β 1/4 cup raspberries
β 1/4 cup blackberries
β 1/4 cup blueberries
β milk of your choice
Protein Machine
β 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
β 2 tbsp peanut butter (or more)
β 1 tbsp honey
β 1-2 frozen bananas
β milk of your choice
Quick and Easy
β 1 cup of the Dole strawberries, peaches, and banana frozen fruit mix
β 2 tbsp of vanilla Greek yogurt
β 1 tbsp honey
β milk of your choice
