Groove into the new year with some smoothie recipes from TikTok

Looking for an easy way to get in your fruits and veggies this new year? Here are
four of my go to smoothie recipes that I love to start off my day!
Green Machine
⁃ 1 handful of spinach
⁃ 1/4 cup avocado
⁃ 1/4 cup pineapple
⁃ 1/4 cup mango
⁃ milk of your choice (I prefer oat milk!)
Berry Greek Goddess
⁃ 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
⁃ 1 tbsp honey
⁃ 1/2 cup kale
⁃ 1/4 cup raspberries
⁃ 1/4 cup blackberries
⁃ 1/4 cup blueberries
⁃ milk of your choice
Protein Machine
⁃ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
⁃ 2 tbsp peanut butter (or more)
⁃ 1 tbsp honey
⁃ 1-2 frozen bananas
⁃ milk of your choice
Quick and Easy
⁃ 1 cup of the Dole strawberries, peaches, and banana frozen fruit mix
⁃ 2 tbsp of vanilla Greek yogurt
⁃ 1 tbsp honey
⁃ milk of your choice
For all of these recipes you can mix and match and swap out any ingredients to
