April 15th-17th was the first weekend of Coachella in Indio, California. Due to the pandemic, the event hasn’t taken place since 2019. Obviously, everyone was very much excited for the festival to take place, but even more excited when the headliners announcement came out, especially when they saw someone’s specific name — Harry Styles. Fans were so happy to learn that Harry Styles would be headlining Friday April 15th & April 22nd.

Styles showed up on stage around 11:35 PM (PST). He wore a Gucci black fur coat and rainbow sequin jumpsuit which he looked incredible in. During his opening intro, his latest single, “As It Was“, from his upcoming album, Harry’s House, he took off the black fur coat to reveal his beautifully made jumpsuit and fans were ecstatic. He also performed three songs from his self-titled album and seven songs from Fine Line, along with two NEW songs — “Boyfriends” and “Late Night Talking”.

Country pop musician, Shania Twain, also made a special guest appearance during his set. Both did a duet to her famous songs: “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” and “You’re Still The One”. Both duets were so heartwarming and wholesome. Styles also mentioned how important Twain is to him and his mother, and was honored to have performed with her.

This was only the first weekend of Coachella, and fans cannot wait to see his possibly new setlist, new guest star, and new outfit for the second weekend! Do you think the famous singer/ songwriter will perform any more new songs or will he perform some more older songs of his, maybe some more from One Direction? What are your thoughts?
