Lately in social networks, it is very fashionable to share the hidden gems in certain cities. Since I did this tour myself, it is an excellent idea for you to enjoy it too.
My hearth burns for the city lights
The itinerary begins with a walk-through structure invented by man that is sustainable and focused on biodiversity. It includes plant species as well as the inclusion of seasonal works of art. The end of the tour ends with a picnic in a relaxing place with a wonderful view and atmosphere.
- The First Stop is at 34th Street and Hudson Blvd where one of the most beautiful entrances to the High Line is located, a park that was previously a train track but currently focuses on maintaining the biodiversity of the plants. Located along the promenade, this attraction runs from Gansevoort Street to 30th Street and Hudson Blvd. Along the walk you will find works of art that you can take photos of as souvenirs as well as photograph your special someone with beautiful plants or art exhibits. On 30th Street, you have access to one of the most incredible and modern views of the city, The Vessel. The buildings around it are quite impressive and serve as a good photo background.
- The Second Stop is Little Island Park, which is located at 13th Street and the Hudson River Greenway. This beautiful island is composed of four sectors which enjoy different vegetation as well as interactive activities for tourists. My favorite part is that there is an amphitheater overlooking New Jersey, the golden hour is the best time to focus on the amphitheater and admire the view of the city.
- The Third Stop on this plan is a picnic on the Rooftop of Pier 57 on the Hudson River. This place is perfect to end the day with lawn accommodations and adequate lighting to enjoy the view and the company. This place is modernly designed but at the same time it has nature included for the delight of tourists.
I hope you give these places a chance and have a good time there!
