Basketball season is here! And with it, the boys of the team are making waves. Undefeated as of yet, we spoke with Cody Mann. You can find him relaxing after a gym session at Parkview Lounge or maybe hanging out with the boys at GC. Here we have the 4-1-1 on number 4. And girls- he’s single! 

 

My perfect girl is someone who is down to earth, easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. It also wouldn’t hurt if she’s drop dead gorgeous (he laughs).

 

I’m not particularly a fan of making plans so it would have to be something spontaneous. I like to just get up and do things, so just a random date night is good for me. 

 

I hope to play professional basketball someday. However, overall I would just want to be successful enough to provide for my family. 

 

I would say now. I tore my ACL (one of the major ligaments of the knee) last year and have been dealing with this injury since. It’s been tough not being able to play but I’m trying to stay positive and self-motivated. 

 

(He chuckles) The locker room is a big place! I’m normally a bit shy but the locker room is a place I feel I can be myself. We’ve definitely had a few dance-offs in the locker room!
