You may be in your twenties or thirties and feel like you don’t really know yourself. In fact, you can be any age and not really know yourself. In the age of digital media, it can be easy to compare yourself to others, belittling your potential, or feeling as if you have to prove yourself to others. A big part of the journey to self-discovery is going through a series of ups and downs so that we can grow from them and develop a greater sense of self and strengthen our awareness. However, living a purposeful life doesn’t mean that we have to completely know ourselves. It is rather learning to be patient with yourself and asking yourself what kind of life you want to live and then working towards that. To encourage you to take that next step towards living a purposeful life, here are some questions that will help you reach deep within and help you to understand yourself a bit more.
