Welcome to Spring 2019 at Fordham University!
We all try to set some goals for ourselves at the start of a new semester, of a new year. I don’t want to just give you something generic, we all know you won’t follow it.
Let’s try something new.
- You don’t have to meet someone new every day, but instead focus on a FEW new friendships and making them great.
- Stop doing your homework for other classes during actual class time. Pay attention to the actual subject you’re in at the time, be present!
- Set alarms for bed each night, but change the alarm time according to your schedule. This means some nights you can do your homework and stay up late, but other nights should go to bed early.
- If you’re going to venture down to the gym, know what you’re going to work on before you go. I say this because these past few weeks have seen an overpopulated gym and an overheated workout room. People don’t want to wait for you to decide if you like the machine you’re using. Don’t waste someone else’s zen workout time, or yours!
- Save that money for the summer. Seriously, you’ll want to.
- Become funnier and write posts like this.
