How did you get interested in history?
“When my family would go on vacation we would go to museum and look at stories and I wanted to be a history teacher.”
You’re studying aboard, correct? Where are you going and what’re you most looking forward to?
“Leiden University in the Netherlands. I’m looking forward to being somewhere different and meeting new people as much as I love MA I’d love to be away for awhile.”
What is your advice to younger college students?
“Besides be a history major…live on campus for at least one semester. I never did and it hurt.”
If you could go back in time and have dinner with anyone, who would it be and why?
“Ben Franklin, he knew how to party.”
