It starts in my Lumbar 

My vertebra, its latter 

Placing suction cups on my shoulder blades 

Failure before I try 

Pinned, not a foot on the mat 

Rejection before the question 

Lead diaphragm 

Withering bronchi 

Sinking lungs in a still lake
