The owners of Madison Social have done it again! They’ve given the lucky students of Florida State a gift thought only to exist in dreams: A Wine and Cheese University. This magical University is located just feet away from the beloved Madison Social at their new restaurant, Centrale Italian Parlour. The University is open for anyone over the age of 21 to enroll in and enjoy. With the announcement of the University, the instructor, Jeremy Fowler, was sure to provide all prospective students with a syllabus containing the course description, learning objectives and, most importantly, a tentative class schedule of all the classes that will be given throughout the course of the semester. A few of the classes include May the Rose Be With You: No White Zinfandel Allowed, Moscato No Mo: How to Drink Sweet Wines Without Being Basic and It Ain’t Easy Being Cheesy: Why Wine and Cheese are a Match Made in Heaven. So, if you’re interested in showing off to your friends and family with your vast knowledge of wine and everything that goes along with it, this is the school for you!
Unlike other courses you might currently be enrolled in, the final exam at the end of your semester with Centrale Sommes – Wine and Cheese University is going to be one you won’t want to miss! In order to attend the final exam, you must first attend at least four of the seven classes that are listed in the syllabus. But with each class providing you with all the wine and cheese information you’ve ever wanted to know, a glass of wine to go along with the lesson and costing only six dollars per class, the dropout rate is sure to be miniscule if not nonexistent. After completing four (seven) of the seven classes with flying colors, you will then be invited to attend the best final exam you are ever going to experience in your collegiate career: a huge party dedicated to all things wine and cheese with all the new friends that you have made over the semester!
Once again the owners of Madison Social have read the room correctly and created an event that their customers would be crazy to pass up. I can’t say I’m surprised by this genius plan, since figuring out exactly what their customers want and implementing the perfect way to provide it for them is something they’ve been doing successfully ever since opening Madison Social in 2013. The owners have single-handedly created a lasting name for themselves with their famous MadSo challenges, competitive trivia nights, ever-evolving menus and constantly full events calendar. They know what the people want and they have no problem providing it! Now with the opening of their two new restaurants, Centrale and Township, we are sure to see even more events we won’t be able to pass up. The University of Wine and Cheese is just one of the many plans they have up their sleeve for this semester!
