Every year Gamma Phi Beta at Florida State University hosts their Crescent Classic, a kickball tournament. As their annual fall philanthropy event, Crescent Classic raises funds that directly benefit Girls on the Run. Girls on the Run is an organization that Gamma Phi Beta works closely with to promote confidence and build strength within young women and girls. Girls on the Run is a non-profit organization that trains girls to run in 5K races while building self-esteem within them as well as their leadership skills.
Before their annual Crescent Classic, Gamma Phi Beta hosts Crescent Week, which is a week full of events to get everyone ready for the main event on Sunday Oct. 23.  Here’s a complete rundown of the week and what we can expect.
