A Playlist, a Workout, and a Recipe for Each Day This Weekend!

Some mornings you wake up and you know exactly what you want to do, when you want to do it, and how you’re going to do it. Other mornings, you wake up slightly lost, with little idea of what you’re going to do or how you’re going to do it. For mornings like those, read below to find some inspiration in a playlist, a workout or a recipe for each day of the week…

Friday

Playlist: Friday means the entire weekend lies ahead! Set a good mood for the weekend with this feel good playlist, Happy Hippie +, inspired by an irreplaceable friend of mine, Bella Sirkis!

Workout: This circuit by my favorite fitness influencer, @nattbfit, will be sure to make your break a sweat and have a good time all in one.  Do it with a friend to kickstart the weekend!
