Springtime definitely has its perks: colorful flowers, warmer weather, and formal szn. But along with these perks comes stuffy noses, watery eyes, and the people I like to call “the weezers”. Allergy szn is among us people, and it is time to take action. Below I have given my secret ingredients to a easy, breezy, breathable spring allergy season.

For the weezers:
For immediate relief from that feeling of “shortness of breath”, a “Proair HFA” inhaler is all you need. Two quick puffs and you’ll be breathing like it’s winter again!
If you have chronic wheezing however, a steroid inhaler may be more your style. The “Dulera” 100mcg/5mcg is my personal favorite. One puff daily is the recommended amount

For those stuffy noses:
If long lasting stuffy nose is the issue, a quick relief nose spray is “Afrin”. This nose spray works almost instantly!
If your stuffy nose is that tingly kind of stuffy nose that appears every time you touch a living animal, “Flonase” is a flower smelling nose spray that gets rid of the tingling!

For those red, itchy, and watery eyes:
The eye drops that I SWEAR by are the “Well at Walgreens Eye Itch Relief”. They get rid of red eyes, itchiness, and are a cheap over the counter eye drop!

These allergy products may be the only thing keeping you sane during this itchy season. So, get your booty to Walgreens as soon as you feel an itch!! At the end of the day, if your allergies seem to never go away, seek professional help from a doctor.
