This spring two trends worth trying are billowy trouser pants and tea length skirts. Both are feminine, sophisticated, and can be dressed up with silk blouses or down with crop tops. Pictured above is one of my favorite bloggers, Rachel Parcell, whose blog is called pink peonies. I love her look because it accentuates her waistline, has subtle sexy elements like lace and red, yet is totally refined.  I have always been a fan of maxi skirts and fitted tops because I believe they elongate a woman’s legs and emphasize her feminine figure. Also, long bottoms allow for showing a little shoulder or midriff, which I am always a fan of.
