How to Beat the Spring Semester Stress

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Georgia Southern chapter.

Spring semester start as a new start. New people, new classes, and another chance to save your gpa.  It’s Darty SZN, spring break, and spring sports come into play. With all the fun going on you would think spring break would be the happiest and easiest time. Wrong its the complete opposite. With so many distractions it can be hard to keep up with all your work and  other tasks. Stress sets in as crunch time begins, here’s a few tips on how to be the semester streess and finish strong.

1.) Make To Do List

Make a list of all your assignments, that way nothing gets missed during your busy days

2.) Use your phone as a tool and not a distraction

Set reminders and google calendar alerts so that you don’t miss any important classes or meetings.

3.)Use your free time Wisely

Take the little break you have between classes and  knock out smaller assignments, that way you only have to worry about major ones at the end of the day.

4.)Stay positive

If you ever get overwhelmed, just take a few minutes to breath and think about the things you’re working for and all the good things in your life.

5.) Find a Balance

Make sure you get all your work done but also make sure you enjoy some of the fun parts of the spring semester.

With only a few weeks of spring semester left take these tips and finish strong.
