You know when you are in the gym and your phones on shuffle and then suddenly the song you do not want to come on starts? Yea no, that should not happen. The gym is the place where we succeed. A killer playlist only makes it better. Lifting weights, running on the treadmill, killer ab workouts, and even climbing the invincible Stairmaster only gets better with a killer playlist.

Today, I will be sharing my top 11 songs that hype me up when I am in the gym. Why 11 songs? Because 10 was too little and I could not decide which one to not mention. My full playlist will also be linked at the bottom of the list and there is about four hours’ worth of listening. So, let’s begin:

Going Bad (feat. Drake) – Meek Mill

This a song nothing short of motivation. This is one of my favorite songs when it comes to being in the gym. Every time the beat picks back up it motivates me to start a new rep or add a rep. I thank this song so much for the motivation it generates in me when it comes to hip thrusts.

Drip or Drown remix (feat. Lil Yachty) – Gunna

If you ever need some confidence while in the gym this is the song. “born with the drip and just learned how to hustle”- Gunna. This song makes me feel like the baddest in the room. When I am on the Stairmaster sweating up a storm with a cute gym fit, I know when this song comes on it is gonna be a great workout.

Plain Jane – A$AP Ferg

This is just such a song to put your all into. It does not matter if you have the original or remix with queen Nicki both will hype me up so much. Leg day, arm day, or just my cardio sessions I know when “Imma explain while you’ll probably never see me” comes on I am going in.

Trappin’ Off the House Phone – Lil House Phone

This is the song you play when you are on the treadmill or the elliptical. Such a fun song. All I can say is you need to listen to it. The first time I ever heard this song I was out for a run and that might have been one of my most memorable runs ever. Again, just listen to this song.

Ice Cream Paint Job – Dorrough Music

If you are anything like me, you love a good throwback song. This is one of my favorite workout songs because I honestly love any song that hypes me up when I am working out. I do not doubt that during my workout sessions someone looks at me like I am probably crazy because I will mouth all of the words and rock to the beat.

Ms. New Booty – Bubba Sparxxx, Ying Yang Twins, Mr. Collipark

Excuseeeee me, Ms. New Booty. Yes, one of my favorites. I do a lot of leg days in hopes of getting a big booty and getting that fit thick figure. So this is a big motivator for me. When I am squatting, doing deadlifts, pull-throughs, hip thrusts, etc. this is my motivation.

7 Rings – Ariana Grande

Who does not feel like that B when this song comes on? This song brings out my inner bad B in the gym. This song just brings my confidence up like ten levels anytime it comes up. “My smile is beaming, my skin is gleaming, the way it shines I know you see it” is my favorite line because I get so sweaty in the gym and I am still that Bad B.

Juicy – Doja Cat

Another song for my leg days. Whichever version you listen to with Tyga or not this song is a vibe. As you can tell all I want is a big booty. “If you can see it from the front you should see it from the back” and “She eat that lunch” yes motivates me to eat my protein Doja. Remind me to strive for them gains.

Hot (feat. Gunna) – Young Thug

I mean not much to say, but this song hypes me up. A newer song, but a great one at that. “Run it like Nike, we got it on lock”. Songs that hype me up to make my workouts worth it at the end of the day. The more involved I am with the songs in my playlist the better my workouts will be, and it is more likely that I will push myself to complete or even add to my workouts.

BIG – Young M.A

“I just stick to my paper like a stapler” I mean inspire my revenue and my dreams of a big booty. The beat makes it such an easy song to start your sets and plan your rest sections with. Also, you are on the Stairmaster match the beat and it will be a killer three minutes.

1Train – A$AP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$, Yelawolf, Danny Brown, Action Bronson, Big K.R.I.T.

They just do not make songs like this anymore. A hype six-minute song that works for a killer cardio or weight training. This song hypes me up during my weight training sessions because when it gets to Joey Bada$$’s part I am either dead and need a pick me up or ready to kick it up and it always fulfills.

So, there you go. My favorite gym songs from my workout playlist. HERE is a link to the full playlist and I hope you guys enjoyed it!
