The world is a beautiful place despite everything it goes through. From the inhumanities of mankind to the seemingly unstoppable circumstances of global warming, our world has somehow found a way to continue to flourish. So, It’s understandable why the first thing on everyone’s bucket list is to travel the world. Who doesn’t want to see the true beauties of our universe before they are no longer a part of it? Life’s short sentence is all the reason to explore everything while you still can, but now we must consider the short sentence environmentalist have given our world. As these destructive instances escalate, there is just no telling how much more our world can take. Your voyage across the world should start today, right now because why not? There is no better time like the present, and we must take advantage of this gift before we destroy it completely. Our world, as big and beautiful it is, has endless destinations for all kinds of people, here are a few just to get you started:
Rio De Janeiro, Brazil
I’ve dreamed about visiting Rio De Janeiro since 2011 when the movie Rio was released. The beauty of the city depicted in the film captivated me, and the reality of this city is all the more breathtaking. This Brazilian city is known for its beautiful beaches like Copacabana, carnivals, and the infamous statue of “Christ the Redeemer.”
Taj Mahal
This is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions around the world, and it’s meaning makes it even more alluring. The Taj Mahal was constructed by Shah Jahan in an attempt to honor his wife who died giving birth to their fourteenth child & was made to house her tomb. This piece of architecture carries the weight of endless history, ancient stories, and an illustration of their love.
Italy
The country of Italy is known for its beautiful and unique architecture and food. In fact, a poll conducted by “Rough Guides” which had people vote for the “Most Beautiful Cities in the World” listed cities in Italy for three out of the ten. These cities are Venice, Florence, and Rome. Why not visit all three?
Norway
Norway is the perfect destination to see the astonishing Northern Lights. Who wouldn’t want to stay in an igloo and gaze at the sky to witness astronomical wonders. Norway is also famous for its natural settings like Fjords, and its heavy history.
Safari in Africa
Africa houses many safaris like the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya and the Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe. Each of which are all in an effort to protect wildlife and habitats. With the knowledge we have about life on earth and the direction we are going, it is important that we visit and take care of the lives earth has left to carry. It is our duty to do what we can to preserve life while we still have ours.
This list is not meant to have an ending. Visit and explore every inch of the world while you still can because we will not be here forever, and if you ask any environmental researcher, neither will the world.
