1) Miriam Maisel

A housewife whose husband just left her tries to make it in the world with a Russian Literature degree from Brynn Mar, with two kids, two traditionalist parents, societal standards of women in the forties and fifties, and a broken heart. Not only does she manage to beat all of this, she manages to be really funny while doing it. She’s just honest, honest with a flare that makes her super hysterical. Also, she’s just a comedic act all on her own. Also, the wine drinking is super relatable.

After this order does not matter

2) Fashion in the Fifties

It’s definitely not 2017 fashion, but we all know it was fabulous.

3) Comedy

It’s better when you’re actually watching the show and know all of the nuances and et cetera, but here are a couple examples. Honestly, though, she could be an act on her own cause her whole demeanor is funny.

4) Susie Myerson

Susie Myerson completes me, that is all.

5) Joel Maisel

\\

Joel is not a good idea. He’s a cheating little crybaby who ruins things and does not appreciate what he has. Still, good character though. Some quality lines and scenes from this one.

6) Being grateful you don’t have to do these things anymore.

After she made sure her husband was asleep, only then did Miriam get out of bed and undo her whole look. Then, she would wake up in the morning just before her husband got up and put it all back on again. #greatfulforfeministswhochangedtheworld
