For one thing, it’s free. That’s right the con is free! No $45 or $60 entry fee. $0. All you have to do is go this link to register.
Now that we got that out of the way, let’s take a look and what’s going to be at this con.
It doesn’t look like we’ll be missing much when compared to larger, more established cons. It looks like there’s going to be eight special guests at this event. There’s lead artist on Marvel’s Deadpool Mike Hawthorn, two times Harvey Award nominee Rafer Roberts, illustrator for The New Mutants and past professor of art at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design Bob McLeod, the man who has worked for almost every major comics publisher Justin Jordan, Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering artist Scott Murphy, Harvey Award winner Steve Ellis, The Avengers and Justice League artist Mark Morales, and the woman who designed the awesome logo Cherish Heath. They will be accompanied by Troy Vevasis (Mr. Crypt), Monica Gallagher (Assassin Roommate), John Gallagher (Buzzboy), and Kata Kane (Altar Girl) in artist alley.

In addition, there’s going to be a few events. There’s a Magic: The Gathering sealed event that must be registered for beforehand. And, wait for it, a costume contest with prizes ranging from $25-$175! It’ll be judged by Intraventus and Kevin Porter. If interested, make sure to check out the rules first.

As for the vendors, there’s a current call out for them, so we can assume that there will be some. Though we won’t know quite yet who they are. If you happen to know anyone who would be interested then feel free to send them this link.Â
