Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve definitely seen the new “Ins and Outs” trend. With 2024 only beginning, videos on TikTok of this nature have been dominating my For You Page. These lists are a new form of New Year’s resolutions, as people ditch overdone trends in favor of new and exciting ones.
Each list is personal, but there are merits to sharing. I for one, got a lot of inspiration for my list from other people on TikTok. Even better, by sharing your list with the world, those around you can help to keep you on track with your goals. In light of this — and to celebrate the new year — I have compiled a list of 24 ‘Ins” and 24 “Outs” for the year ahead.
