- Pie dough for one 9″ pie crust
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups pumpkin puree, homemade and strained
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
