For those of you that can’t have dairy, I’d like to say I’m sorry on the behalf of the universe. For those of you that can eat cheese, but choose not to, stop reading right now, this article is not for you. I’m going to highlight a few of my favourite ways to incorporate cheese into my diet (yes, we’re going to pretend it isn’t the ONLY thing in my diet).
- Snack: Cheese and Crackers
My go-to snack! A great grab-and-go to bring to lecture, simple to make and tasty, tasty, tasty!
- Lunch: Chicken Quesadilla
I couldn’t ignore this traditionally cheesy recipe with my favourite choice of meat. These are easy to make, and they’ll fill you up too.
- Dinner: Anything Pizza
This list wouldn’t be complete without pizza! All the cheese lovers pizza really needs is 3 layers of cheese: cheddar, mozza, and parmesan! Add other toppings if you want to mix things up.
- Dessert: Cheesecake
This dessert needs to be consumed in small quantities because of its richness, but it is the ultimate way to finish a great meal.
